Excellent Ice/Active Network web servers automatically recognize and collect information only for internal review and then discard it. Email addresses are not automatically collected.
Excellent Ice uses the information it collects to improve functionality, like search and site navigation, not for external marketing purposes. Excellent Ice does not share any information with third parties. Telephone numbers provided online will be called only if Excellent Ice has questions specific to your request.
In the future, Excellent Ice may update this privacy policy to reflect unanticipated practices not outlined in this policy. These changes will be posted to the website, and users are invited to occasionally review the privacy policy.

Payment Policy
Full payment is required for all programs and rentals at the time of registration.
Accepted Methods of Payment
- Credit Card: Visa and Master Card only. (We do not accept American Express. We apologize for the inconvenience.) Accepted in-house, phone and online.
- Cheque: Please make cheques out to “Excellent Ice Kirkland”.
- Debit: In-house only. (We do not accept Visa Debit over the phone/online payment.)
- Cash: Canadian currency only.
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged when you register for a class, instructional or book ice time. If we are not able to fulfill your order for any reason your credit card will be refunded.
Please note that refunds for online orders may take up to 7 business days to appear on your card statement from the time they are processed on our end.
