Managers can register their team online, and players joining a registered team must add themselves to their team through their own family’s online account. (Players must use the online portal to join their team.) It is a simple process, and this way ensures we have the right information for each player in our league.

But that’s not all! Players can pay their fees online at their convenience through their account, ensuring that they are contributing to their manager’s team balance! Managers can also track which of their players have registered onto their team, and how much they’ve paid towards the balance, through their Captains’ Page.

We strongly suggest using a computer to do registrations, as some mobile devices may not display the payment portal properly.

As a reminder, all families must have their own account. MANAGERS SHOULD NOT BE ADDING THEIR PLAYERS TO THEIR OWN ACCOUNTS, other than their own children. It is vital that each family has their own account, because this is the only way that parents will get receipts (if they choose to pay online towards the balance), and the only way we have players’ contact information in case of emergency or other registration. (Otherwise, all camp or class receipts end up going to the team manager instead of parents later on!)

For Youth Leagues, registration is split into two main types, “Teams & Individual Players” and “Free Agent Goalies,” which are then split into age categories. For TEAM MANAGERS, select “Teams & Individual Players.”

Note: just because you create the new team does not mean it is registered in our league. It is not registered for the league until the deposit has been paid and processed online, if a fee is required. If a fee is required, the team is not registered in the league and is only sitting in your cart until it is paid.

REMINDER: TEAM MANAGERS are responsible for the payment of their team’s balance.

Managers can choose to either pay the entire team balance themselves and be reimbursed from their players, in which case they can choose the first option, “Pay in full,” then click the “Add to Cart” button to proceed to payment.

Managers can also choose to have their team’s players pay their own share online. In this case, managers must still pay the initial deposit (if applicable) to ensure registration in the league. For example, if your team is registered in Peewee, make sure you have not selected the Atom category. Codes are specific to their registration groups and won’t work in different categories.
